The Society for Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) is an international organization founded by the Procter & Gamble Company in November, 2007. It was established with the mission of encouraging the advancement of scientists and engineers of Asian heritage in both education and employment to help them reach full potential in the professional world, while also promoting diversity across different university campuses and workplaces. SASE has now opened a branch here at the University of Calgary, a first across all universities in Canada, and it already has branches at several renowned universities in the USA.
